Rates

VARIATION TO THE ABOVE RATES: these rates may vary during particularly busy period such as races weeks.  During summer months we may request 2 nights minimum stay at the weekend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  a full refund will be given for any pre-payment if 48 hours notice is given by telephone  prior to the 11am checkin time.  No refund will be given after the above deadline unless the room is re-let.
